On August 15, 2023, our school proudly celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The event was graced by distinguished guests, who added an extra layer of excitement to the celebration.
The chief guest for the occasion, Dr. A. Sivathanupillai, Ph.D., D.Sc., an accomplished scientist from ISRO, shared his valuable insights with the students. His words were not only inspiring but also motivational for all who aspire to achieve excellence in their respective fields. Dr. Sivathanupillai’s journey in ISRO and his contributions to space science left a lasting impact on everyone present.
Also present were two brilliant ISRO scientists, Thiru. D. Gokul and Thiru. J. Balamurugan, who interacted with the students and provided a glimpse into the world of space exploration. They spoke about the importance of innovation, teamwork, and perseverance in achieving success. Their interaction was both engaging and educational, sparking curiosity and interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields among the students.
The ceremony was a beautiful blend of patriotism, learning, and inspiration. As the flag was hoisted, the students sang the national anthem with pride, honoring the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. The presence of such esteemed guests made the day even more special and encouraged students to dream big, work hard, and contribute positively to the nation.
